			Project Manager Major Job Responsibilities/Requirements: Must be able to interpret and understand architectural drawings and specifications. Must be able to fully analyze sub-contract documents entered into with general contractors and owners. Be able to do material take-offs, understand and order material. Responsible for all pricing and timely receipt of material. Basic computer and telephone skills required. Possess computer and telephone skills. Communication skills are extremely important.

			Estimator Major Job Responsibilities/Requirements: Must be able to read and understand architectural drawings and specifications, plus shop drawings. Computer and telephone skills. Understanding of materials application. Either learn or already have knowledge of estimating software. This job requires excellent math skills.

			Specialty Department/Custom Shop The following describes the knowledge and ability required to meet job responsibility: Ability to read and understand shop drawings, architectural plans and specifications. Utilization of all hand held power tools. Ability to use table saws, radial saws, all types of routers, thickness planers, power sanders etc. Be able to match and apply wood veneers and plastic laminates. Have attended school for laminating, cutting, routing and fabricating solid surface products is a plus. Have the ability to meet AWI requirements for the installation of all solid hardwood products. Basic knowledge is a must. Supervision and education to reach a level of excellence can be provided on the job.
